PREAMBLE

The Covenant University Annual Registry Training (CU-ART) is an inspiring training organized by Covenant University, Ota for University Administrators. The training will acquaint participants with the 21st Century requirements of University Administrators, so they are brought up-to-date with what is expected of them. The training content will make University Administrators to be highly proficient in their academic support functions.

OBJECTIVES

  • Acquaint participants with 21st century skills relevant to professional university administration.
  • Highlight the imperatives of the leadership dimension for effective university administration.
  • Equip participants with effective communication skills for the 21st century university administrator.
  • Prompt participants to engage ICT tools to work smarter.
